Fly casting skills can limit your fishing success as well as enjoyment. If you are an experienced fly fisher interested in improving casting distance and accuracy, or learning to double haul or cast effectively in windy conditions, you may be interested in a casting clinic UCCTU will be conducting for experienced fishers interested in improving their fly casting skills. Led by Jim Harvey and other FFI Certified Casting Instructors, the clinic will consist of two Sunday afternoon sessions. The first session on November 3rd will include a review of casting fundamentals as well as a practice session at the Island Ford location of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. Participants will have two weeks to practice before gathering on November 17 for one-on-one sessions with Casting Instructors.

Due to limited resources, we will limit the clinic to the first 16 members who respond to this notice. Please check your calendar before responding to make sure that you are able to attend both sessions.
